came here at 9:39pm on 7/9/25, as soon as a customer walked out, i pulled up with my lights on and parked up front, the employee came to the door fast & locked it bfr i had a chance to step out my car!!!! ive been working in illinois and live in missouri. i really needed to wash my hands, and it says this Casey's closes at 10pm. wasted my gas and time driving here because i usually trust the Casey's I go to normally... extremely rude!
When having door dash orders you need to make sure the food items are secure! I received a pizza and it’s not even taped close. It’s too many weirdos out here for that. I’m definitely not eating it a waste of my money!
Dominique is amazing! she deserves a raise!
Have $37 in rewards built up & cannot use them. Apparently every time you go to use rewards, you have to have “more rewards”. Also, very rude customer service. Will not be back.
