Casey's

I have been eating here regularly for lunch because I am working in town for a couple of months. Everyday is a horrible experience. Constantly at noon the warmer has either no items or full of expired items that they attempt too make you eat by placing a rude sign that says take what you touch. I have never seen gloves on any of the kitchen crew so I am wondering why this is a one sided situation. An attempt for customers too not read good by times. Several times i have watched staff places several warmer items behind expired ones and then make comments if i reach past the expired ones for a fresh one. Staff is constantly entitled and rude. I use the caseys app too save money and I literally enjoy the experience at any caseys but this one. There needs too be some retraining at this locatio

I have lived in several towns, growing up with Casey's serving them. Glasgow Missouri Casey's is by far at the bottom of customer service, cleanliness, friendliest and on. There are no thank you's or your welcomes here, just old dried up pizza and rudeness.

They never check their online orders. The app will say my food will be ready in 20 minutes. When I get there 30 minutes later they hadn't even checked and I had to wait another 30 minutes. There were no other customers at the time and they were not busy. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location.

Breakfast sandwiches were actually pretty good. The ladies behind the counter were so sweet, kind, friendly and super outgoing. They made my day!!! Will stop here next time we’re going through town!!!

Cashiers aren't very friendly and were more concerned about their personal conversation than waiting on customers
