Casey's

The good. Ordered 2 pizzas online. Went to pick up and the store was very busy My order was ready and kitchen service was prompt. The pizza was excellent.

Went in 5:30 a.m. to get breakfast and there wasn't anything in the warmers at all and the girl in the back was playing on her phone and not caring if anyone was taken care of..what ever happened to good customer service? Pathetic...

This is getting ridiculous. We have been multiple times between the times of 9-930 the last 3 weeks and they are always out of food in the warmer. If there is food, it has just been 2 slices of pizza. The food quality has gone down. It's ridiculous when it's the last stop out of town and you can't even get breakfest food during breakfest time. Let alone any food if you're lucky. We get gas here and honestly at this point, that's all we will be getting.

I Love Casey's taco pizza. zi ordered one tonight from the North Casey's and it was ABSOLUTELY the worse taco pizza I have ever eaten from Casey's! There was alot of meat but no sauce and no lettuce and the most of the chips were whole

I ordered a pizza online Sunday, this past weekend. The store contacted me to offer a deal. When I arrived the cashier went to the area and asked for my order, by my name. I stated my name twice and they appeared to confirm my order. I tipped them $5. When I went to eat my food, the order was correct in the number of toppings but wrong type. I called a couple of days later for quality assurance and the person answering the phone said she would bring it to the attention of the manager. Someone should have verified my order physically. Also. I expected some accountability and contrition. Unfortunately the person who took my call was extremely reluctant to give her name, throughout the process.
