Food had a hair in it. And when we picked the food up, the guy was on his phone messing with his eyes and nose.

Do not order pizza from here. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they arrived picked apart and literally thrown into different boxes. It looked like a toddler had prepared this order. When I called, there was no apology, no acknowledgement of the terrible job they did and in fact, they told me that’s just how they do things. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA from here. We have lots of other great options in town.

Ordered a pizza at 7:00, it's now 9:00, and they just now got it started. I get that kitchens get busy, especially on the weekends, and I also get being understaffed. But when you've got one guy in the kitchen and one guy on the register just standing there, both of which who insist on taking a 30 minute break before finishing people's orders, including Dashers, because they'll be "penalized".. That I don't get. Do better.

I went to Casey’s in Flora Illinois at about 530 this morning. I was greeted at the door by a young man I wish I had got his name. He was younger with dreadlocks but a very interesting person. This young man went out of his way to explain to me the breakfast pizzas and their ingredients. He explained which were the Bacon and the sausage. I want to say that I have not witnessed such courtesy and in-depth customer service in a very long time. This young man has The communication skills that are seldom seen especially in the retail markets. Not only would I recommend a pay increase for this gentleman but I would also tell management at the upper levels to keep their eyes on him because he may be moving up quickly. This is the most satisfying experience I have had had at Casey’s. Big thumbs

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to pay and they were standing right in front of me blatantly ignoring me. Pizzas also take 30-60 minutes past when they say they will be ready.
