I’m really upset about our latest experience at this location. We were told our food would be ready in 40 minutes. Drove 20 minutes just to be told it hadn’t even been put in the oven when we got there 50 minutes after ordering. The guy doing the pizzas is a good employee. But Casey’s if you want repeat customers, hire some more employees so that there isn’t just one person doing pizzas.

Placed and order an hour and a half before hand I get here right at the hour and a half mark and there just starting the pizzas and I wasn’t the only one having to stand there and wait. the employees were rude and just letting other customers stand at the register for more than 5 minutes before helping them.

The delivery lady "forgot" to bring part of our order, yet wanted full payment on the "promise" that she would bring the rest of our order "later." Furthermore, the pizza that she actually brought was a cheese pizza, which I didn't even order. The delivery lady was rude, and acted as if I was ridiculous for not wanting to make payment.

Love this store!! The Pizza is awesome!! You can pretty much get anything you need here from a convenient store. The rewards program is well worth signing up for!!

Delivery took 1.50 hours when they said it would only be 40min. the pizza way cold. they don't answer there phone gave up calling after 6 times, can you say food poisoning. they only had to drive one block.
