Casey's

This is the closest Casey's to my house so I've been going there fairly often for the last 4 years, but just recently they have turned a much improved corner somehow! Lately I've been highly impressed with the food, the service & even the atmosphere!!! Keep it up!!!!

Good Casey’s here in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Metro Area. You may ask “Shy, why isn’t this review 5 stars?” When I came, there was a ton of cigarette butts on the curb of the C-Store. I hate seeing cigarette butts like that because the cigarette butts are very bad for the environment. The store inside though was nice & organized. The staff are awesome & very friendly. I grabbed a 40oz Fountain Drink and filled it with the Top 3 Popular Sodas as of this review. Those are, Coca Cola, Dr Pepper, and Sprite (idc really for Sprite, more of a Starry person). I also grabbed a Sausage,Egg, & Cheese Croissant & an iced sugar cookie. The total with taxes came to 11.19. Other than the exterior, this is a great store to go to if you’re coming from Waterloo or I-380. I hope this Casey’s can clean up th

Worst pizza ever. And no customer service. Can you say , "Take the Money and Run" ? Save your money or find another Casey's, they aren't all this bad. Still waiting responses from management and Corporate. Have never heard such deafening silence !!!

I'm normally not one to complain, but after tonight I figured I'd write a review. I have had multiple problems with this store, from a disrespectful store manager, to my food being made incorrectly. Tonight 02/02/2025 I came in just to get a bag of chips, nothing too big, when I noticed a girl working in the kitchen wearing slip on slippers with no socks on. Then not to mention both of the females on duty working in the kitchen were not wearing hats or hair nets. To me this is is health and safety violation for the customers ordering food from here.

Just tried to place order for 8 items, total $100+. Declined my payment for false credit card number, this has occurred one other time at another store. But upon receiving my bank statement, the charge was withdrawn from my account. So I will be watching for any suspicious activity to my account.
