Where’s the Mike’s Sauce?! For the second time in a row we ordered a meat galore specialty pizza specifically WITH Mike’s Hot Honey Drizzle and it’s completely absent. Why offer it for an extra $1.50 and not apply it to the pizza? We got the last pizza that was more specific reimbursed. But from now on we will drive to Austin or Owatonna or New Richland or Blooming Prairie Casey’s for our pizza. Please train your employees properly. Very disappointed.

If you have options pick a different station! Seriously! Do better Casey’s! Each stall was trashed in the ladies room. My husband said both urinals are out of order. Parking lot area had trash all over the ground too. It’s the Sunday after Christmas and a big travel day with a blizzard coming. You should be anticipating high volume. We didn’t eat anything- I wouldn’t trust the preparation standards given the lack of store standards. 🤢 I’m not gonna call - I don’t want to have to talk to someone when the store staff are already aware they are neglecting their duties. I’m not gonna create an account just so I can message you through your website and then get loaded with spam email. I just expect Caseys to be clean.

The staff at this location just went so far above and beyond to make sure we had fresh pizza specifically for us. Amazing Christmas service this whole location deserves raises

Great Casey's here in Ellendale, MN. The store wasn't too busy when I decided to check this store out. When I walked in, the store was very clean & organized. The fountain here has Overdrive, which is now a rarity to see on the fountain unless, you're at a newer one, like this particular one. There was plenty of hot food and donuts at this store when I came. I grabbed 2 slices of cheese pizza, a fountain drink (30oz Medium), and 2 donuts. The donuts were decent, but I think other Casey's are better at the donuts. The staff were very nice & very friendly. This is a great choice for anyone not wanting to stop in Owatonna or Albert Lea. I don’t know what is going on with this location lately, But I no longer want to shop here. The last 2 pizzas I have ordered are not only made completely wrong, they don’t even fix it when called out on it. They have the attitude of “it’s not my problem.” Yes it is in fact “your problem.” Bad customer service is on you. It truly isn’t hard to do your job, actually any job in that store. Being lazy though, that can make it harder. The two times I have been in the store, it’s been unsanitary and hardly cleaned. Sad to say this location has gone down hill in a bad way. I will drive 35 minutes out of my way for pizza over ever ordering from Ellendale again. Not worth it. If they can’t do their jobs for the “measly” $15-18 they make now, they really should tone down the attitude of being wort
