Casey's

On 7/20/25 at 1640 I stopped at this location. I didn't think to look at her name badge, but the clerk that was working was personable and pleasant. She commented on my earrings and how pretty they were. We chatted while she rang my items up. Told me to enjoy the rest of my day. It's not every day you get a lovely person who leaves a positive impression like that. Keep up the good work girlie. It won't go unnoticed.

If you’re getting anything here, make sure it’s only gas. I stopped for gas, a drink & few snacks. The pizza was probably out for a while, but whatever. I drink my sweet tea & disgusting is an understatement. I come to find my sweet tea drink was expired after already pulling back onto the highway. The bottle had black at the bottom that floated when turned upside down. Routine expiration checks are not being done when restocking clearly. Expiration date 8/10/2021, purchased 9/2/2021.

The cleanest gas station bathroom is seen in years. I had to run my toddler in to use the restroom and was so pleasantly surprised to find a super clean bathroom. Thank you to the rock star employees!

Got overcharged around 4 dollars. they said they couldn't refund me because they didn't know how to. Three employees and none of them knew how to refund my money. One of them got on the phone to call around and ask someone else how to refund money. Four dollars is not a lot, but you would think it would be a simple fix. I got frustrated and left because I didn't have all night to wait around until they found a knowledgeable employee. I always use Casey's for gas and other items. I will bet that they would have figured out how to handle it if I would have walked out with $4 worth of merchandise without paying. Going to make it a point not to stop there. Not a delivery, it was an in store purchase.

The young man at the register argued with me regarding the sale of medium frozen drinks for 99 cents. He charged me regular price. When I wanted the mistake corrected to get the sale price, he told me all sorts of excuses for not being charged the correct SALE price (advertised both on the front door and outside on the front wall's billboard). He told me that specials end (no end date is listed on the door), that the register rang it up at regular price (he's running the register), that it wasn't that big of a deal (30 cents, sure not a big deal, but it's the principle of it), that it was for a medium (the size is printed ON the cup) drink (and a medium is what I had in my hand), and that I had to buy a soda to get that price (totally not the case).
