Casey's

Honestly, even one star is being generous. We ordered $60 worth of food (two large specialties, a large order of wings, and a small one-topping pizza) and all but the small pizza were butchered. Supreme had no pepperoni. Taco had no lettuce or taco sauce. Wings were burnt to a crisp. Called to rectify the situation four times and the phone just rang and rang. As someone who has worked for multiple Casey’s in the past, this is NOT how a store should be run. These employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service from Cody specifically. He answered the phone with an attitude and upon getting to the store to realize that he had gotten my order completely wrong he got salty with me when I called him on it. I get that he has a chip on his shoulder from being a grown man working in a kitchen and driving a mom car but there is no need to take it out on me. I'm sorry that you are too incompetent to take an order and make a pizza dude but that isn't on me. You are in a customer based business, maybe learn a modicum of customer service, it will serve you well in your next minimum wage dead end job...

Fired their only worthy employee and they never have enough food out and if they do it's old. Went in today and saw they only had 2 slices of pizza from breakfast in the warmer during their lunch rush.

The food here is usually messed up. The management is poor and mistreats employees and customers alike. The store is usually dirty and the parking lot is awful. Avoid this location it is the worst Casey's I've been to and sadly it's my local one.

Casey's is good except in the morning, people stand in the way of customers trying to make purchases before heading to work. You can barely get to anything because they allow people to clog the store who aren't buying anything, just standing around. I would hate to be in there during a fire or emergency!
