Ordered a taco pizza. Barely any toppings at all on it. They use to have the best and this is just ridiculous

I called my pizza order in since the app “ready time” is never right. I was told 45 minutes. At 45 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. No sense of urgency in the kitchen with slow service and people waiting. Then when I get home the pizza was over cooked. I have high hopes for the new Casey’s being built in Dixon. I like their pizza but there are too many options for good pizza in Dixon to waste my time coming back to this one.

I was in Dixon yesterday and I stopped at the Casey's there on West 4th or the Rock Island blacktop heading home to Rock Falls I left my phone there on the counter and I return quickly to the store and when I came in the very nice gentleman there behind the counter picked up my phone and gave it to me. I am so thankful you are a good man you deserve a raise. The day is August 18th 2025 right after school let out

This is for the store in Dixon IL. For service, how do I rate “non-existent” ? It’s May 19 at 9:10 PM. Do you know where your cashier is? Neither do we!! There is literally no one behind the booth and many customers are awkwardly looking around, trying to figure out where she went. (There was somebody when I walked in). But leaving the counter completely unmanned is a security problem. I put my stuff down and left. There’s a couple kids in the pizza area, one is slouched over, talking. Why not cross-train them so that one can cover the front of the cashier disappears? In the past, I’ve been there and it’s understaffed with one person and a long line of customers. It was exciting at first to get this new store, but the poor service is a problem.

Gotta get that discounted pizza at least 1x a week! Why is it so good??
