Casey's

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. One of my better experience in recent years with Casey's. I was traveling though DL this weekend and stop here. They were super friendly, fully stocked, including the hot food. Made purchase, and was on my way. I'm from Baxter, MN. Our Casey's here is a joke. Your lucky if there is even A PIZZA available around lunch time. Your even more lucky if you can break someone away from their phone long enough to get rung out. Store Manager stumblin around the sore, and randomly throwing packaged goods at the wall and laughing about it, because she high who knows what. On my trip back that evening, i stopped again. Stopped here while traveling bought a slice of pepperoni pizza. Towards the end of my pizza bit into what I thought was cheese and turned out to be the latex finger of a glove! So gross! Never again! I called and the woman apologized however this is beyond bad! UPDATE: I did get an email and responded with my info. Never heard from them again!

I got a pizza from here for once because the other location in town doesn't allow online orders at the moment, I order a thin crust pep pep pep, or whatever they call it. Paid 16 bucks and this is what I got...Caseys usual has good pizza, very disappointed. I get people make mistakes but this is inexcusable...thanks for the burnt lunch Caseys!!!!

I was in there at approximately 7:20 pm on Friday, May 24 (memorial day weekend) and this kind gentleman helped us swiftly complete our transaction. It was extremely busy and there was a line of about 6 people, and despite the impatient woman with the big mouth behind me, he kept a positive attitude and proceeded to get us taken care of. I hope this store acknowledges this kind man!

I used to really like this Casey’s. The pizza used to be PERFECT. As of the last few months, it has been rock hard, beyond burnt and pitiful. I also am very frustrated with what I assume to be a manager here. She is ALWAYS very rude. There was a new worker this past week who was struggling with the till. She gave him the worst attitude while he was struggling and asking for help. She sighed and rolled her eyes everytime he said her name. I felt so bad for him because he was so sweet and still trying to have a good attitude. So many people I know complain about this lady, I’m surprised she still works there. I am not going back because I never want to encounter her again as it seems she keeps getting worse.
