Casey’s Desoto Kansas All the pumps appear to be in good working order. Regular 2.839 That is the only good thing I can say on the exterior. Trash overfilled and falling on the ground with gate system wide open The lots has built up gravel and soil around many areas. Oil and drink spills. Tons of chewing gum. Pumps are dirty, walk way and entry greasy. Inside the floor needs detail scrubbed, visible dust building up on vent covers near food. The shelves examined- stock was not rotated and the shelves were not dusted. Bathroom - horrible. I’m going to stop here. This location is in need of Casey’s Corporate to examine it. The staff was

Went to pick up order. Not even started yet when it was supposed to be picked up at the time I was there. No pizzas even started yet. Asked if I wanted to wait!!!

This store is so poorly ran. The "owner" who keeps responding should sell to someone who has better ownership skills. For over a year you have received complaints and there have been no improvements. The money stays flowing in because of the nearby plant, so why bother making improvements if the money keeps flowing in regardless. Only because they are only one of three convenience store around and directly off the highway. Revolving door of staff, unclean store inside and out. Burnt pizzas being placed out for customers is unacceptable as well. You will be being reported to BBB, corporate, county and state health departments, as well as other county and state officials. Your store is beyond unacceptable for such a great city and customers.

Overflowing trash bins, filth everywhere, not to mention 1/2 the gas pumps have bags on the nozzles. Don’t try to wash your windshield. The window cleaning bins that aren’t stuffed with trash have zero water or window cleaner. Caseys is so hit or miss. This place is a MISS.

I live in Topeka and go to Springhill every weekend. We had been getting our pizza in Springhill from Casey's, but it began getting to be the worse pizza. I decided to try out this Casey's. OH MY!!! What a Great change!!! This pizza is the Best we have had in a Looooooong time. I'll be stopping by here from now on. Awesome tasty pizza and the employees were pleasant and helpful. WHAT A PIZZA!!!! :-)
