Casey's

Casey’s Creston Iowa Gas 2.72 Exterior and interior well lit. Day was gloomy and raining when we filled up with gas at 2.72 per gallon. The pumps appeared all to be working and in good condition. Lot and sidewalk are ready for a good power washing. Seriously the pumps,lot and side walk are the first thing you see and they generate the first impression. Plenty of parking and handicap parking. The interior and bathrooms were pretty clean for the days weather conditions. The shelves were well stocked - however the shelf I check was not date rotated and was not dusted. Our drinks and snacks were good. Items were easy to find. Check out was interest as both employees at the counter frowned in concern of my picture taking for this review - 3 point off atmosphere and 3 points off service

Line was 10 customers deep. Only one employee on register. Manager laughing and joking with other employees - 3 of them doing nothing. I get to the register and the cashier tells me that they are taking cash ONLY as computers are down. I had no cash. There were no signs anywhere. I wasted my time while the manager and employees were doing nothing. You should at least have a sign on the door if you are going to cash ONLY.

Very unpleasant the cashier today 12/23/2024, her behavior Asia my was somewhat grocery and notice that it was only because she was an emigrant, I stopped to observe her and her behavior was only directed at me. I think because I am an emigrant. 😟

Caseys in this town are horrible especially this one every time you go in there the manager is out side sitting in her car smoking you will be inside 10 or 15 minutes in line while there one person working a register while shes out side smoking done going to casey will only go to hy-vee gas station from now on
