Casey's

Ordered a large sausage pizza. They did not have sausage and rather than calling they substituted for a cheese. We sent our daughter to pick up. She arrived with the cheese and we called. They said to bring the cheese back and would remake since we asked why not call and say hey we have no sausage would u like another topping. They said bring the cheese back and will remake with another topping. We sent out daughter back AGAIN. They tell her we need to pay for a pepperoni. This was RIDICULOUS for a place I normally receive amazing service at!!!! Was SO disappointed and will NOT be ordering pizza again from Conway springs Casey’s during the evening shift. Stopped by this town over a weekend This place was a life saver. They have everything you need. They even cook fresh food 🥘 on site and bring fresh donuts 🍩 every day. However, the best part in my opinion was the staff. Everyone we met there was extremely nice and helpful. If I am ever back there again, I will certainly come back

The new management has turned this location around! Friendly staff and super helpful. Casey's in general seems to not understand how to get their technology to work sufficiently. But that is not the store employees faults even though I'm certain they are getting the anger over it.

Went here for drinks and they were quite busy at the time but the store manager was killing it! His customer service was awesome! I wish more people could have the customer service and friendly personality like him. He seemed to be the only cashier as well.

Great visit. The staff is friendly and courteous. Cindy (C J ) is always great to us. Store is always clean with fresh teas , coffee , doughnuts, pizza is always great tasting made to order I am definitely a returning customer here.
