Stop got gas and a fountain soda used my bank card to pay. Swiped my card wanted 20.00 cash back pushed that when it came up on machine my account was charged for the extra 20.00 told cashier I put in for 20.00 cash back was told it didn’t come up on the register so I didn’t push 20.00 on the card machine. Called store after we left was on hold for over an hr no one ever picked up.

Upon arrival they had a sign on outer door say can’t accept cash. No worries, grabbed items and processed to pay with card and the machine wouldn’t work. Guy in line behind us tried having his items scanned on the other register where he entered a card that also never worked. None of this would have been a bad experience because I am rational and know technology fails BUT the cashier was clearly intoxicated.

Stopped a couple times in the early morning and the pump are not on. Just stopped this evening to put gas in. Enter my card at the pump then couldn’t get key pad to work. Tried several different way to cancel it but it wouldn’t so had to stand in 18 degree snowy weather wait until it timed out. Then pulled forward to next pump and that one worked. After filling my vehicle I walked into the store to info cashier. He said “yes we know it doesn’t work, well the key pad doesn’t but if you come and prepay that works). So if you know your key pad doesn’t work why wouldn’t you put pump out of order or at less put a prepay only note on it. What’s the point of pay at the pump if it on or doesn’t work?

The bathroom being out of order on a Monday morning, I understand. However, the under cooked breakfast pizza is ridiculous. Get it together!
