Casey's

I entered this Casey’s after a game today around 9:15pm. My wife and I have 4 kids. We each wanted a slice of pizza as well as 2 guests that were with us. I asked for the kitchen worker (I was told she was the night time manager) to sell us a box to place the pizza slices in for easier transport. I have done this before and never had an issue. Tonight’s manager, unsure of her name, was extremely unprofessional. She has been rude before but tonight’s comments and yelling was not acceptable. Not only was I denied the box which I was willing to pay extra for as well as pay the slices individually, I was scolded about it and was yelled at to either “use only the pizza bags or get out”. I’m a delivery driver and this is my daily lunch stop. The girls here are very nice and the man running the place is always polite and seems to be an awesome manager. Food is always good and they have never disappointed me yet. Bathrooms sometimes can use a little help but I know it’s hard to keep up with so much traffic coming through this area. Keep up the good work guys!!!👍👍

Ordered pizza on the app. Jan. 14 2024. They canceled my order and remade a new order for me. Out of garlic butter so could not make bread sticks totally understand that but I used a coupon so pizzas were cheaper. They charged full price.had it pre ordered to pick up at 630. They had pizzas done and sitting there by 6. We got them they were very soggy and doughy. Asked for light sauce they had tons of it on the pizza. My brother was actually in store while the 2 was making the cheese pizza (in place of 2 orders of cheese sticks) and asked to make sure the pizza had light sauce she shook her head yes but it had tons of sauce on it.none of the 3 pizzas we got were not even warm. Horrible service when they were asked by both my brother and husband. Do better Casey's. Or teach your staff to do

This used to be a good place to stop before work. Now there’s almost never any food and no donuts at all. I don’t see how at that time of the morning, when a lot of people are on their way to work, they have nothing to offer. Especially since it’s basically the only option for several miles. I’ve noticed the place has been really empty customer wise lately. Probably due to nothing to stop for. Parking is also atrocious. And most of the pumps don’t work on auto. Not such a big deal during good weather, but not when it’s below zero temps.

We stop at Columbus Junction on our way through. Typically it has a great selection of slices of pizza. This morning, there wasn’t any pizza and the 2 ladies stood in the kitchen talking while we stood there for 3-4 minutes. There was a pizza that was through the conveyer just sitting there. The two kept talking. When one finally got the pizza to cut it up, it looked disgusting! Disappointing! We left with both!
