Had a small mishap this morning with a purchase no big deal. It was an honest mistake. I was able to get ahold of Renee and Beth and they have both been very helpful and professional with handling the situation and are continuing to work on getting it resolved. Every place has its ups and downs but when you have the right people like Renee and Beth taking care of things it makes going to Caseys worth it.

Missing the Canadian bacon and pineapple for the pizza I ordered and couldn't be bothered to call and ask if I still wanted it. Picked up a ultimate Hawaiian told me no Canadian bacon or pineapple shrugged and said she just got there!

Yet another failed family meal order at the local Coggon Casey’s. Clearly no one can read an order ticket. Then I call up asking how is there none of the sauces or wraps we had in this order made. Instead they had to grab old wraps from the little cooler? When I was called I was told they didn’t see them on the order- although you told my kids to get them out of the cooler??? Mmm okay. The kitchen lady names Tara I believe hung up on me. Absolute worst services in all aspects and we paid over $55 for an order. sickening. Get rid of the trash that wears your logo Casey’s!

Ordered 3 large pizzas on Friday evening + one "free" medium. Pizzas were ready for carry-out in 50 minutes, which seemed pretty speedy for a busy Friday night. Large pizzas were exactly as ordered and really tasty; plenty of each ingredient. Medium pizza wasn't ready when we arrived - staff said they had fixed it, but couldn't find it - apparently gave it to someone else?! They did offer to make one while we waited, but we opted not to let other pizzas get cold while they finished the order. Pleasantly surprised to get 3 large pizzas + 5 bottled soft drinks for less than $60!
