Shawna and Thayn were absolutely amazing. Thayn prepared my pizza perfectly exactly how I asked for it. And Shawna was very friendly and professional with her customer service. I give 5 stars, give them a raise they deserve it!

DONT ORDER PIZZA HERE EVER!!! Absolutely pathetic service!! Worst customer service and manager doesn't handle problems well. Rude on phone! I paid for pizza online and they knowingly have a glitch in their app and system but refused to look at my proof that I paid she wouldn't give us the pizza I ordered and paid for. Feels like theft. Told my only solution was to call my bank. Pathetic!!!!

I've not ordered pizza at this location in over a year, mostly because of bad service. My daughter and I really wanted to try it again today. As per our last several visits, the food was not only not ready, but they didn't even start fixing it until we got there. The manager or clerk did feel bad and gave us a coupon for a free pizza. However, when we finally got our food and got home, we found the pepperoni pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. We won't be back.

This is a great location with great staff! However, you cannot run a 40% special off pizzas and staff only one person in the kitchen! A new person at that! She did a great job, but I had placed my order 2 hours in advance and they were not ready to pick up. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Disappointing.

All right when I go into a store to pick up a doordash and it's hella busy I understand if a mistake is made the patients I had was perfectly fine however when you place an order before the doordash order was already messed up in our order was to be finished at a specific time not put in at that time. Yes it was a free large cheese bread we paid for extra I understand that this pizza is not the cheese bread but we were very excited for the bacon jalapeno. From 3:30 to 6:30 with too long of a wait when it was supposed to be done at 5:30 p.m. pizza is good but not what we ordered
