Casey's

Walked in on Friday Feb 23 because my app wasn’t working to order ahead of time. The young guy told me about 15 min wait I was ok with that because I was a walk in. I ordered 3 gluten-free pizza. About 5 minutes later he came and said I just got an order for 8 regular pizza is it ok if I knock them out quick and then I will clean up for your pizza’s. We understand that cross contamination is always a risk but the Casey pizza is worth the risk. But I’m glad this young man was aware enough to take the time to clean up the prep are enough to avoid it as much as possible. The total wait was about thirty minutes but again for him to think of what I ordered and be aware of it was much appreciated

Ordered 4 pizzas on our way to a Christmas party. When we got there we were told we already picked up, they gave our food to someone else. So we were told it would be 20 minutes to remake our food and that they didn't know how to give us a refund, so they would give us a credit. 30 minutes later we had our pizzas and arrived late to our Christmas party. The pizza was good, however. Thought we would give it another try tonight and there was no credit on our account. We called and they said the manager (who was on duty that night and promised us the credit) hadn't entered it and there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. I've worked retail and fast food before and this would have never been acceptable service.

Great new location just off 151. Not sure when this was constructed. It just seemed to exist one day. Much needed in the community and a quick stop for anyone on a trip. Hopefully 151 gets ramps soon, the at grade intersection can be dangerous. Just a warning to those stopping here, with a trailer on it can be impossible at times to get across 151 traffic.

Nice and friendly staff, clean environment, but their hot breakfast availability leave a lot to be desired. I was here last week and was assured that they have the breakfast pizza until 10am, so today I stop in just before 9:30 and of course, no breakfast pizza slices. They are willing to make a whole pizza pie, however I don’t have that much time nor do I need to eat an entire pizza. I won’t/Don’t have the availability to store the left overs while traveling. Super disappointing again here today.

Casey's has an awesome breakfast burrito, and all the Casey's I've been to have been great, but somehow this Casey's totally rocks their burritos. I can't say what's different but they totally have it goin' on at this location. If you're traveling by this location...stop! Thank you, Casey's staff, for having a nice, clean, friendly store.
