Casey's

We have had a lot of Casey's veggie pizzas at a lot of different locations? I must say that the one that we had 6/18/25 was the best ever! We had had a couple of chicken sandwich's at this one and they were good and fresh so we decided to try the pizza here. We are staying in Sullivan but we would not trust them to make a pizza after the sandwich's we had got there. Only reason why they got a 4 instead of a 5 is that they were out of the the free cookie I had coming! This post was for Mattoon not Bethany never have been to Bethany's Casey's

I have stopped at this Casey’s a few times and always have had a decent experience. Tonight I ran in with my 12 week old infant who needed changed. I walked in made eye contact with the cashier with a changing pad, a diaper, and wipes in hand. There were two unisex bathrooms. I checked the first one for a changing table and quickly turned to the next one because it didn’t have one thinking it will be in the other one. Neither one had a changing table. I immediately walked out with no acknowledgement from staff about what they just witnessed. I always stop at a Casey’s when I can but now will reconsider.

My husband ordered pizza from this location for me to pick up on my way home from work to feed our kids. When I got there to pick it up, they told me it would be coming out of the oven in just a minute. I went ahead and paid for it, and the cashier brought the ticket back in for the kitchen staff to match it to the pizza. We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. While I was waiting, one of the young men in the kitchen pulled a mushroom and pepperoni pizza out of the oven, and didn’t know where it was supposed to go, so he gave it to a guy who had been standing there talking to them for free. When I asked about my order, he said it was coming out of the oven then. I was given a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni pizza, no mushroo

I have been going to this location for over 25 years and for the most part I have never had any complaints. Lately things seem to be going south and I don't want this to be taken as an attack, but rather some constructive criticizm. The staff are always very friendly and helpful but there seems to be something going on with the way the store is being managed. A couple weeks ago they were out of large pizza boxes. No big deal. But yesterday I placed an online order and I got a call almost immediately to let me know they were out of both pepperoni and frying oil for wings. The last couple times I actually was able to walk out with a pizza they didn't seem to be up to the standard I've always been accustomed to. I always promote Casey's pizza to everyone. I always tell people how much better

Stopped at Casey’s after the joke of an owner at the marathon gas station in mt Zion wanted us to pay for our $30 in snacks before using their restroom. Casey’s was very clean. Smelled of cleaner in the restrooms. And all the workers was amazingly nice. Especially the one working the register. Definitely a way better place to do business.
