Ordered a pizza online showed up a little after 15 minutes since we ordered she hadn't started our pizza due to alot of delivery orders... the problem is she hadn't started the pizza we ordered and she put out the exact type of pizza we ordered into the hot case instead of making our. Incompetence to the extreme horrible service.

System stuck on processing, waiting for card to go through, barely acknowledged while standing there waiting for them so I can get to work on time. Left because they took too long to get their crap together. No drink or breakfast for me today ig

I have recently placed a pizza order in Uber eats from Casey’s. Cancelled order immediately due to some reason. I was not given any prior warning that cancelation charge would be 15.45 USD.Order got canceled and deducted 15.45 USD soon after cancellation is confirmed. Price of the Pizza is also lesser than the cancellation charges which is 13$. This is not a good practice Incase if you are charging cancellation fee please inform to customers in a prompt that it will be charged this much if you cancel the order before proceeding for cancellation.

My wife who shattered her ankle a year ago has a limp and the morning shift men at this Casey's on this 16th day of April 2025 we're making fun of the way she walked to each other this is very inappropriate not just in customer service but in general she was highly offended and so was I

There is NEVER ANY PIZZA ON THE RACK. Every time you ask if there is gonna be any, they say, we’ll have it on the rack in 30 minutes. They need to get a system together where the pizza ends up on the rack much quicker
