Play store order online at 6:25 The email I received said it be ready at 6:52 went up there at 7:00 and was informed that my pizza was not even started yet that they had orders in front of it it would be 15 minutes came back in 15 minutes later and went to informed that my pizza's hadn't been started yet they were accidentally overlooked so I had to wait another 15 minutes when I finally got the pizzas the gentleman that was cutting the pepperoni cut it and toss it in the box which left half the pizza on one side bent up and this is not the first time in the last week I've had trouble with ordering online and then getting there and finding out it is not even been started

I will never order from your store again! Can't get the pizza right can't even make up for sending out a soup as my pizza. Gotta wait for 3 days before a manager is in and can help what a joke. Can't believe they would send this trash out their store. You have lost another local customer by your poor service and even worse product.

Sometimes they are great while other like today it's noon and you have ample workers standing around but nothing is prepared. If your looking for disappointment, be sure to stop here

Hannah and jennifer where very helpfull and the store was clean and tidy. Pizza was special order and was really great. Open air cooler could have more of selection.

Not once have I received a pizza made correctly the first time. Always have to leave and come back to get my made correctly order. They never read the special instructions or when you request for an item to not be on a pizza. And typically it's under cooked and soggy. Whoever was working the night of October 2nd does not need to be making pizzas.
