Stopped in for fuel, snacks and a bathroom break. Got fuel, went to use the bathroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I left without using the bathrooms and afraid how dirty the food must be if the bathrooms looked like this. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Tonight we ordered pizza, got home to see our Taco pizza was missing 90% of it's ingredients and looked extremely sloppy. I respectfully called to inform them and the gentlemen said they were out of the ingredients, I said they should call customers to inform them if they ordered that pizza. I asked him to make a hamburger pizza and we would be back to get it. When my husband returned to the store, the gentlemen was telling my husband that it was our fault for ordering the pizza and refused to give us a refund (even for the price difference between a speciality and regular pizza). This gentlemen said he was the manager and was extremely rude, so my husband began to get rude in return, the gal behind the counter threatened to call the police if my husband did not leave the store after him r

Used to get my fuel and other convenience items here for several years. Once they stopped carrying Bang Energy-Star Blast, I stopped going here. Some staff needs overall customer service skill improvements. Unprofessional, no smiles ect. I have had instances of staff watching videos on their phone while I was paying for my merch. That's drives me nuts. The pizza they make is always good.

It's in a convenient location but the gas pumps never work right, there's always long lines, and the guy there in the morning should NOT be working with customers, he is the unhappiest person I've ever come across working in customer service, seriously acts like he hates his job. We've ordered pizza multiple times and there's usually a wait - not for cooking, but trying to get the attention of the employees back there so they can bring us the pizza that's sitting there getting cold while they chat with each other. Go across the street to the other gas station! They are friendly, kind, incredibly helpful, and have great food!

Caseys in avon mn assistant manager went into Casey’s tonight drunk and started yelling at his employee and telling her she was getting written up for things. This assistant manager was being very rude and disrespectful. The employee appeared to be doing their job.
