Casey's general store in altamont owes me 19.79 from a doordash order i never received my items ‼️‼️‼️ I was told id get a refund and Nothing . I have the confirmation number still , I've reached via call and email and no response my next step is getting my lawyer involved today. Yes. You owe me 19.79 why wouldnt I.
Why are the employees always outside smoking around back! My son is waiting at the store for 20 mins because the cook was out back and didnt know he had an order and had to start it when he got there!
Waited 45 minutes for a SAUSAGE BREAKFAST pizza. I got crust with NOTHING on it. I'd be ashamed to let this leave my store.
Every since my family and I have moved to this town we have dealt with nothing but horrible customer service from this Casey store. The last time that did it was when come to find out the manager Linda was the one who cussed about me and called me stupid to the customer behind me because I had hit cash back when I didn’t see the no cash back sign at 530. I get it but was there was no reason to trash talk me as a customer to another customer. Unprofessional and just plain distasteful. Casey’s Corporate received a call this time. Hopefully they finally clean house and get some good decent clean employees in there to work and change the atmosphere.
I stopped here to grab drinks on the road and wanted the exclusive drinks to Casey's locations. This location had both available and well stocked.
