Amazing customer service, great food, yesterday went in to get 2 pizzas turns out it was delayed but that’s okay! I’m very patient thank you for y’all’s amazing customer service!
Continue to receive burnt pizza over several orders from past few months. Kitchen staff may need additional training.
So on a 90° day we pull in for 2 sodas. She was sorry, but the ice machine for fountain pops was not working. And she had been told by her boss not to open a bag of ice! Well, that was nice! And yes, I could have bought bottles, but they would have got warm very quickly as we are in a convertible. Stop elsewhere! Waste of your time!
The bathrooms are very clean, the staff was personable and the food options were all prepped and fresh.
Very disappointed. We order a pizza by phone. Unfortunately, we didn't check it until we got home and people started eating. It was completely wrong and overbaked. Will never order food from this location again!! Other caseys have always been good. Stay away from the Alden one.
