Casey Township Library

This library looks very nice from the outside. We didn’t go inside. On the front is the book worm!

Lovely young woman at the front desk. My older sister just moved to Casey and applied for her card, receiving it within 15 min. The building has so much history itself. Such a respite!

Very nice employees and facility! I went prepared with proper info I received beforehand so getting my card was very easy. Reserved two books and checked out 2 easily. Can't wait to go back!

What can we say about the Casey Illinois public library?? Wow! This is what a library is supposed to be! Australian libraries and Librarians can learn a lot from this small town. We were having issues and had to fill in some time, so we visited the library, just looking for some Wi-Fi as t-mobile service was spotty at best. We sat and spoke with Renee, she is one of the nicest, most hospitable, people we have met. We can't believe we were lucky enough to have walked into this library. We sat and watched the patreons come and go, the dialogue, the manners from the students, the fact the ladies know the kind of books the patrons liked to read, and put novels aside they thought a particular person would be interested in.
