Casey Key Fish House

The view and location are incredible. New England clam chowder was good, fish gumbo was outstanding. For main dishes, we had ahi tuna and baked grouper, the tuna was excellent, the grouper was ok. Service was quick and friendly.

We stopped in for lunch at Casey Key Fish House and had a really nice experience overall. The vibe is exactly what you’d hope for in a waterfront spot—very marina-shack style, chill, laid-back, and dog-friendly on the patio 🐕🌴. We arrived right when they opened and it filled up quickly, which is always a good sign. Despite getting busy fast, the food came out quickly and the portions were very generous. I ordered the special of the day, blackened grouper tacos with sides of black beans, and rice. The tacos were packed to the max with fish and seriously loaded. The rice wasn’t your average side either; it had a really nice flavor. The black beans were also very good and tasted homemade, although I wished the portion was larger. We rode our bikes to Casey Key and had a fantastic lunch at CKFH. We fortunately arrived right before the 11:30 opening, and were 2nd on line. Our table was right on the dock overlooking the water. The service was very friendly and efficient. Both of our meals were made with very fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection.

Went by boat-- great spot! Enjoyed the tiki bar on the water while waiting for our table. The seared tuna salad was really great!!

This has been my favorite meal here in siesta. We ordered the clam chowder (delicious), fish dip (delicious), grouper sandwich (delicious) and the yellowtail snapper (incredible). We even ordered a side of the pineapple Cole slaw (it sounds odd, but damn was it good). Service was so good. Danielle was our server and she was incredibly nice but so on the ball. Ask for her if you get the chance. The atmosphere was great... Open air, boats pulling in and a tiki bar next door. I loved this place and will be back soon
