Cascade Alchemy Bowls

I'm just traveling through and was hoping to find a safe, celiac friendly place to eat. Eating can be so stressful when you're on vacation, but this food truck gave me liiiife. I got a small bowl and shared the deep fried pickle chips. It was enough food to need to pack some up for a snack later. Food was UNREAL. So so grateful I found this place!!

I almost always stop here whenever I’m in Redmond. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh, full of flavor, and satisfying portions. I especially appreciate having a spot like this where I can eat out and still find something that works with my dietary restrictions. The bowls are super diet friendly, customizable, and there is a good variety of options. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something filling, flavorful, and sensitive-tummy safe!

Pacific Crest Bowl and Mt Hood bowl vegan options were delicious! A little heavy on the sauce, but the flavor combos were damn good! I like that the sweet potatoes were not overdone, the veggies were fresh, the slaw nice and tangy. I will definitely be back!

Good food, but the vegan options is just disappointing. A handful of chickpeas in place of the meat doesn’t quite cut it. Would recommend tofu, tempeh or similar if it’s going to be listed on the menu.

Five stars!! Their bowls are fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. You can tell everything is made with care. The staff is generous, and you always leave feeling good. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a delicious meal made by great people!
