Casagrotto Pizza

Maybe because i was just ordering takeout, but. It took 10 min to even have ask me if i wanted anything walk away and after awhile took simple order. When i came back no one again ignored me several minutes. My box was on counter i asked server if order ready she ignore me several more minutes asked her again, ignored me completely. Box was 3 feet away on counter i had already paid so i went to box. That finally got her attention she yelled at me with mad face but did not give me box till couple of minutes later. Pizza was also bad. Crust had five pieces done and the rest was not done at all. Never had a pizza like that.

Place is very loud. Definitely a party spot for the lake, but I came for the food. We got pizza of coarse. It was decent pizza, but imo was way to many toppings that it affected the crust which you could not taste at all. It was definatly filling. The service was very attentive seein how it was so busy. All together a decent "hole in the wall"

The pizza was fantastic! We chose a supreme and a house salad. I’ll be getting pizza here next time for sure. The only part that was not great was that this place was jam packed, nowhere to sit, and the music was overly loud. We were going to eat there but couldn’t so took it to go.

This is classic lake and a great place for meals and drinks. Live music and sports shows on their many tasks. We love this place.

Basement area facility has early closing hours. Casagratto entrance from the upstairs dining bar area is open and not labeled with hours of service. Entered and customers at all tables and bar and employees working making food and drinks before closing time. Refused service by one rude server, her name starts with a G. Then helped by very kind helpful server, her names starts with a D, by ordering upstairs instead of downstairs. I spent couple days telling my house guests the food is great before arriving. We made sure the manager and owner knows about the rude server downstairs with name G because a second table of 8 or 10 customers upstairs eating pizza had the exact same rude server stories about 10 minutes earlier and they shared when they overheard our telling the staff.
