Casa Vieja Mexican Grill (Tequila bar)

This place will become our go-to Mexican restaurant. It was excellent! It’s now my favorite salsa. The guacamole was delicious as was our meals. I got the Sincronizada which was on the vegetarian menu. It’s like a veggie quesadilla that came with rice and I got a side of beans. My husband got the Acapulco Bahia. So many choices! I think we chose well because they are dishes that we’d certainly get again. Due to eating so many chips, we had lots of leftovers. Tear yourself away from your mediocre Mexican places & give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed & the service was excellent!! We even bought some salsa to bring home. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

The place is beautiful inside, can sit many. Our waiter was attentive from the beginning to the end. The portions are big, I could not finish the chicken fajita, that meat tasted so good. Great price for a night out for two 🫰🏼

First of all the food here is mediocre at best, second of all they always blast loud music, third of all I order a house salad, then see you can get a vegetarian delight, three vegetarian items, including a house salad, for 12.99. So I order two spinach burritos to go with the salad. He then tried to charge me separately for each item, to $18.75, saying because I had already ordered the salad I couldn't then change it to the vegetarian delight! I actually had to argue with them to change it! Some customer service! Hilariously I didn't give him a tip, so they would have gotten the extra money anyway if they had just changed it automatically. Geniuses.

This is one of my favorite local Mexican restaurants. The food always tastes so fresh, it’s beautifully seasoned and flavorful every time. The portions are also very generous which is a plus! They have great Vegetarian options as well. Their salsa is so fresh and tasty, it’s the best salsa I’ve ever had at any Mexican restaurant. It’s very authentic. I will definitely keep coming back!

GF (Celiac Disease): The menu does not specifically say GF, but per the cook GF options are available. My boyfriend and I shard a meal due to how large the portions were. We still ended up with leftovers. The corn tacos came wrapped in foil to stay warm. Our chips for the queso were small pieces, like the bottom of the bag. The queso was alright and my drink was gross. I would not order either again.
