Casa Rubio's Mexican Grill Restaurant

Originally, I went there to try out their abondiga ‘s Mexican soup. But they hadn’t formed me when I sat down that they had ran out. Apparently it’s very good and very popular so I chose to get the beef taquito appetizer plate, which was very good. It comes with guacamole. Handmade and sour cream arrived at My table in a timely manner. The facility is very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have chips and salsa while you eat. Definitely want to go back and try their Mexican meatball soup but apparently you really need to get there early.🤓👍😋

In to visit family and had to do a Taco Tuesday 🌮 We got 2 carnitas soft tacos & 2 al pastor soft tacos. Delicious. But the real star was the fried hard shell tacos with shredded beef. First time having that and seriously enjoyed them. Would highly recommend this restaurant and the tacos. While waiting for the food the servers brought out dishes that were drool worthy. The ceviche looked soo good and was in a huge goblet. Would love to go back and get that.

Authentic Mexican food. Two of my favorites are Albondigas Soup when its cold or the Carne Asada plate when I want some protein 😋

Really nice little restaurant tucked into a newly revamped grocery and shopping center. Inside is very clean and nicely decorated, service is fast and attentive, and the food was fantastic. The salsa is unusual but really good. We ordered shrimp enchiladas in green sauce and chicken mole enchiladas. Both were delicious. And the mango margaritas are on a higher level than we've gotten elsewhere. Our server was really great, coming back often to check on us and bring whatever we needed. We're definitely going back to this little hidden gem!

Food was good. Home made tortillas. Salsa was very yummy. Rice was perfect! Portion size was generous. Didn't get to try the margaritas but they looked good. The service was not so great. They had 2 servers and it took very long for the server to come and circle our table. They looked flustered. I'll come back another day and try it out again. Maybe it was just a bad day. I would recommend to family and friends.
