Casa Royal

What a great place to eat! I'm a local and I was sure that a place this close to home wouldn't be this good but I'm soooo glad I was wrong! The food and service are wonderful and the top shelf margaritas are an amazing way to end a lake day! Thank you so much Casa Royal!!!

We showed up a half hour before closing and they gave us the best service and the food was amazing!

Classic Mexican restaurant Mexican food- portions are large and the staff is very friendly and service prompt. Great place to watch the game or hang out with friends/family. Neighborhood grill atmosphere- staff made you feel as though they genuinely were happy you are there.

This was our first time here and now it will be our go-to for Mexican food. It was busy, yet the service was still exceptional. The food was so good! Everything was tasty, but the tamale was the best I've ever had. I got the Big Dinner so I could have a sampling; I had to get a to-go box when I started getting full. This food is to be savored, not wasted!

Having grown up in Arizona, the type of Mexican food here is nothing I'm used to. Yes, I understand Mexican food in the US is Americanized for our taste buds. I'm not fond of their food. I will not be back. One person in my party sent her food back because she said the beef seemed off. Her husband ate and didn't have any issues. They quickly replaced her order with a chicken option and she ate it, but said she was disappointed. The portions are very small. I ordered a chicken chimichanga that came with rice and beans. The chimichanga was extremely small, more like the size of a burrito. The rice and beans were a child size portion. The chips were thinner and very crunchy. The salsa was spicier than I like. My companions really enjoyed the salsa and completed 2 baskets of the chips. T
