Excellent service! Drinks were great. Food was amazing! It was a totally new experience for me. I loved all the authentic flavors of the food. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
I found this restaurant by accident and it was not disappointed trying Columbian food for the first time. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, he explained every item on the menu.
Amazing Colombian food in Austin! I started with their Colombian martini. There are several flavors to choose from, and I went with mango. It’s made with 2.5 oz of the rum of your choice, 1.5 oz Triple Sec, 2.5 oz sweet and sour, 0.75 oz agave, 3 oz tropical pulp, and finished with a splash of Sprite. Super refreshing and perfectly balanced. For an appetizer, my friend and I shared their beef and potato empanada — a fried cornmeal patty stuffed with seasoned filling. I’m used to Argentine empanadas, so I found the ratio of cornmeal to filling heavier than I prefer (more cornmeal than filling) but the flavor was still great and it came out nice and crispy. For my main, I had the churrasco — grilled top sirloin marinated in chimichurri sauce, served with green beans, fried yuca, mashed pota
We were so hoping for some good Colombian food to remind us of home, unfortunately we were disappointed. We sat on the patio as it was quite noisy inside, but we didn’t escape the noise, it was difficult to talk. The chairs were not so comfortable but we persevered. But we persevered and ordered empanadas as an appetizer. They were not so good, more like meat pies rather than empanadas. My wife ordered Arroz co Pollo with a side of red beans, unfortunately it was bland and the beans were rather tasteless. I ordered sausage, beans avocado and fries. The sausage was ok but the beans were bland and the fries were cool. All in all not a great experience. We will continue searching for a nice Colombian restaurant in Austin.
Lulo juice and Mora juice they’re my favorites!! I had Arepa rellena with chicken and is really good and the sauce “ají” is magnificent. Delicious! The staff is very nice and the music too, remind my time in Colombia. POV: if you want to order something for to go, please check your order before you leave the restaurant, because they put an older empanada in my order for to go.
