Cary Millar, PC

Adam Cary is not a good CPA and their customer service is just as bad. Had an issue with the IRS and was previous client of Glenn Millar's. Set up an appointment to talk to Adam, he never called, was told his other call went longer. We had a call at around 2pm, he didn't call me until after 5pm on the way to his kid's soccer game. Told me how important my call was. Ended up hiring him because I didn't know of anyone else. He and his office ended up screwing that up too. Thank goodness I found another CPA to help me out. Office has gone downhill IMO since Glenn Millar retired.

This CPA office is wonderful . The office is comfortable, beautifully designed with client comfort foremost. The staff is friendly and completely competent. Adam is gracious and generous with his time, giving every client the very best customer service. His accounting work is accurate and complete. He has a heart for people and strives to meet their needs. It has been a great experience having this office serve my accounting needs.

Oversold and underdelivered. My experience with Adam Cary and his team was an overall negative one. The lack of communication was absolutely unprofessional and ultimately no service was rendered. I had to find a different CPA to file my taxes since Adam couldn’t deliver even months after the tax deadline. What a disappointment.

Adam and his team are amazing! They treat each of their clients warmly and with a customized touch. I feel comfortable with Adam handling my taxes and tax related issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional and attentive to my situation. Followed through on verbal statements - took copious notes and got me the best outcome. Very happy with the service and staff - highly recommend them.
