Cary Area Public Library

Really good and vibrant library. It loses a star because it the cleaning product smell is a bit strong for me. Gains a star back for how attentive the staff is. A great asset to Cary.

It's a really good library, but the kids running around screaming has got to be put to an end. I was trying to concentrate on a project I was working on. What happened to quiet libraries. Other people around me were also not happy.

Great kids section, lots of stuff besides books can be checked out, like sewing machines or passes to attractions. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. A great small town library.

More than employees, they are members of the Cary community, who are helpful and caring. A pleasurable destination to relax and read a book, to do research, or study.

We love the Cary Library! They have an extensive selection of awesome children and adult books. You can check out almost anything imaginable. We've checked out yard games, steel drums, a karaoke machine, audio books, video games, steam kits, vox books, tonies, theme kits with books and activities for kids, etc. The list could go on forever. You can tell everything is selected with care. On top of that, the librarians are all super helpful and kind. My 3 year old LOVES going to storytime at the library! They do a fabulous job with every program they offer.
