Let's get a couple things straight I see a lot of negative reviews here I did not have that experience thank God. I was in a bad place spiritually the other night and someone said go get a milkshake it'll make you feel better. I looked up "Carvel near me", and it led me to this location. Upon entering the store there was a pretty young girl there with blonde hair who was just so full of life and I got a good feeling. Then a fella who I found out his name is Todd he's got blue eyes and real big hair he pretended like he was getting upset with my questions and then he started cracking up laughing and then I realized that this guy was the medicine that I needed. The guy was super rude and miserable and the girl was in her own world. I had to repeat myself multiple times and it just got frustrating. The girl messed up a couple of orders after telling her that she got it wrong but still managed to get it wrong. She had an air pod in her right ear which probably affected how she was working. The guy working there completely messed up one of the orders, he was not welcoming to the customers.

Free sundae on wednesdays with bae! I got the creamy orange creamsicle flavor and bae got pistachio. You get two free toppings on each and they both have to be the same size. I couldn’t finish mine it was so big! That’s what she said. Staff was super attentive and Friendly and they kept the customers flowing and going. Would definitely come back on a Wednesday for something sweet.

Came in today (Sunday) and the man behind the counter was very rude. Also placed my change on the counter instead of in my hand the way I handed it to him. Service is everything he must not know.
