The manager behind the door very very nasty! I went in for an ice cream cone with my son (asked for sugar cone got a wafer cone -fine) and it tasted like yogurt super soft I told him and he bluntly said “well it’s from the top” when I told him I couldn’t enjoy it and was going to throw it out he just said “k” rolled his eyes and walked away. What a waste. The more appropriate answer is “would you like another flavor?” Not my first encounter with him.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered carvel on Uber eats tonight the butter pecan flavor and it tasted like someone mixed my icecream with wall spackle. 10.00 down the drain. Awful

Store was brightly lit and clean . Friendly counter staff . Ice cream cake was fresh tasting . I would visit again .

Very satisfied with the results, not only did they did a good job with the cake, they were able to do it a day early! Was worth every penny!

Arrived at the store to pick up a door dash order. There were 3 employees working and they told me it would be a minute. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes without them starting the order. I understand the need to prioritize customers in the store, but they are serving people now who have walked in 30 minutes later. The door dash order was one small Sunday. They are not very respectful of a delivery drivers time.
