I love this location! AND Nyla is just the best ever! My sundae 🍨 is great... and she's always happy and delivers service with a smile. The ice cream is fresh and they have all of the topping available. When comparing to other locations... hands down.. quality ice cream and Nyla's service... are the best!

Love this carvel been going here over 8 years! Vanessa and all staff are so sweet and very professional the place is ALWAYS clean! Vanessa has been making beautiful cake's for my son since he was 1 year's old I get all my 🎂 here and it doesn't take long @ all not 48hours as some bakery places. These are just a few pictures.

This place don't not serve milk shakes at 910 cause they about to close when they close at 10pm that is wild 😳 so guys get there before hand which is the wild part the other girl was going to make it and the white girl told her no we about to close like really it's carvel a ice-cream place ice cream or shake really upsetting I had to go to basket Robin's further to get a ahake

This Carvel definitely does not give you your money’s worth. When I made a complaint to the worker. He got smart mouthed. Poor, poor customer service. I will definitely report this to the appropriate agency.

Manager had a very bad attitude, and it wasn’t busy so it wasn’t like she was busy doing other things by herself. Very disappointed because my family recommended it to me, never again. Young lady said her name was Venessa, your attitude should be a lot better.
