Carvel

I have been told Carvel is the best icecream around Long Island and from what I've seen and experienced it really is amazing! This location has this old school ice cream parlor feel! The staff are very friendly and very professional! The shop was super clean and well laid out! There was wide selection of cakes, soft serve ice creams and hard ice cream! When we requested our orders the service was quick and friendly! I highly recommend getting the Triple Chocolate Brownie hard ice cream!

It's always great to experience Carvel whenever we are on Long Island. This one has friendly staff and is efficiently run. The soft serve as always is great!

Had hard ice cream cone. Fantastic flavor. My husband had strawberry and he raved over the preserves infused in ice cream

I’ve been getting ice cream here for years and today I experienced the worst service in a while. I entered around 9:30 and the worker serving me (only female on shift) was more interested in cleaning far before close than helping customers. She had a scowl on her face and kept rolling her eyes. She asked for all of the orders at once instead of doing one at a time and then proceeded to rush completing them, giving very small portions, and getting the orders wrong. She also was serving and touching the food right after touching the dirty cleaning rags with no gloves

The best customer service experience we have had in a while! Had a personal call from the owner and he was so understanding, kind, and apologetic for a minor mix up that happened in store. This business is true to its word and honest! We love carvel. This is by far the best one on the island. Such a genuine guy!!!!!!
