Carvel

While many have written about the owners being rude - my primary interaction has been with the kids that run this Carvel ice-cream store in a daily basis. They are very nice and accommodating to even your trying kids. The Carvel strawberry ice-cream tastes very weird and fake in its flavoring unfortunately. I find their soft serve (softy) ice-cream to be way too creamy for my taste. Even in the kids cup, it became repulsive to eat after a point because of the strong creamy feeling as opposed to it being an ice-cream.

Went there on November 16 ordered a vanilla sundae, soft ice cream with Carmel, whipped cream and a cherry the Carmel was disgusting. It was so hard. I picked up the piece and it picked up the whole entire Carmel swirl that was in my ice cream. I don’t know what was up with that, but it was disgusting not creamy at all. It was like a hard piece of chunk candy!

I had the worst experience ever in life! The owner told me that I would be getting the Cinderella cake that I wanted asked me for a picture I sent a picture of the cake I wanted which was a round Cinderella and he gave me this. I was so upset he was only willing to fill it in with icing instead of making it beautiful and round like the other photo. I have bought many cakes from Carvel before there is no where on Carvels website that it shows a Cinderella cake like this. They are always the whole cake filled in with the picture. He was very rude and was yelling and screaming at me not a good business man at all and I will never go back

This carvel is the best carvel I’ve had in forever. The customer service is amazing. They give a perfect amount of ice cream and a great amount of toppings. Everyone there is so kind, and extremely helpful. Cassie was my scooper,and she was kind. Definitely would go hack
