Special thanks to Kelly for being kind with a good heart so my nephew could have a positive experience. He enjoyed sampling a few flavors before deciding on Cookies and Cream with brownie pieces. She took the time to deliver excellent customer service with a smile.
Pre made ice cream cake bought today, all the decorative frosting is gritty......they offered me bogo sundae.....sorry, not a good exchange for a $20 disgusting cake....we won't be coming back, be careful, the other cakes in the freezer are probably gritty too
This time was very bad experience. Unprofessional lady… She needs to learn how to speak with customers. I feel she won’t speak with me. Dirty place. I hope health department will take care this place because health is very important. Sorry I don’t wanted to give you bad reviews but I’m not happy at this time. Very slow service…
Very similar to other Carvel ice creams only also has a Cinnabon in the same location
Yummy, duh, but they close earlier than is listed on Google and on the door, bec the employees are lazy college teens.
