Carvel

I was on my way home from work and I felt the need for Carvel. This not my regular Carvel and I ordered a large chocolate cone with sprinkles. When the cone came to me it was like a small cone at every other Carvel. I told the person this is a really weak large cone. He was nice enough to say he'll take it back and make me another but I wouldn't let him. I left and the ice cream was also not very thick. It started dripping immediately. I ate it just the same but next time I'll go directly to my regular Carvel on Hillside and 267th Street.

I love Carvel ice cream ♥️💖♥️ Feel like a little girl all over again 🙄

This ice cream shop is our favorite spot for a sweet treat. We often get an ice cream cake for someone's birthday as well. Their ice cream is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are always so patient and kind. 🍦💕

Definitely one of my favourite Carvel locations! I try to come on Wednesdays because there’s a buy one, get one free for soft serve on those days and it’s like a little treat. There’s an older white male that works here who is so kind and very respectful. He’s so helpful and patient when it comes to serving up your ice cream. There’s a multitude of flavours in this location like Banana which I’ve never tried (but is so good!). Everything is super clean here and the ice cream is creamy.

Reason for my 3 was because staff were sitting on the shelf with their bottom but jumped off as I walked in to serve me and the place wasn’t too tidy as well as staff appearances and uniform it turn me off right away they move quickly/attentive but the entire image wasn’t how I would expect. I almost walked out but the fact they were still quick to serve me I stayed and the first staff made a ice cream for me very unpresentable so i ask the female to remake it more suitable and she did but they definitely can use some retraining and better supervision. Their intentions were good but phones laid everywhere the food is made and the sitting on the counter were food is prepared was a shocker.
