Carvel

First time visiting Carvel in Far Rockaway, and I’m already in love with their ice cream! 🍦 The ice cream is super fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet. I especially recommend the Fudgie the Whale and Rum Raisin Ice Cream, which are Carvel’s signature classics! The shop is bright and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and patient, always ready to help you pick the perfect flavor. If you live nearby or are visiting Rockaway Beach, you must stop by this Carvel. I’ll definitely be coming back! 👍

Carvel, just carvel. The ice cream was ok, the customer service could have been better. It’s a big store, I’m surprised they didn’t put some seating for customers.

A must visit ice cream shop in Far Rockway! The owner is a cat lover. He even has a "wealth robbery cat" there. Go to check it out! =D

A brand-new Carvel just opened in the neighborhood, less than a one-minute walk from the Library. The store is very clean and well organized, and the staff are all super friendly and professional. Excited to see them bring more specials and deals in the future!

I live in the community and I did not like the service provided by some of the staff members in this store. I work in customer service and some the employees lack the ability to offer a welcoming attitude. Once again it is not everyone but I have went to this location a few times and I have had a not so nice welcoming experience from a few of the staff. If I decide to spend my money somewhere I would like to feel like I’m walking into a place of business with people who can provide basic customer skills
