What an amazing experience dealing with Michelle to customize my daughters birthday cake. The patience this women had between my 10yr old ideas and placement on everything was amazing! Thank you for making this an easy step for me. I will update review when I pick up my cake

Love Carvel, but this was a disappointing experience. One sundae was chocolate with peanut butter cups, and the girl realized she put PB sauce and made another one. Next sundae was supposed to be a vanilla/chocolate twist with peanut butter sauce. Took the cup out of the bag when I got home, and it was clear that the girl took the incorrect sundae and added a tiny bit of vanilla to it to pass it off as a new one. It was completely melted and falling out of the cup. Don't think I have ever thrown out Carvel, but there was really no way to salvage it, and the vanilla was non-existent. Would have gone back, but the store was closed by then.

friendly staff. appreciate being able to order a variety of sizes for specials. yummy ice cream. glad to return!

This is my husband and my spot by default. Staff is always friendly. What takes away from my perfect experience is the stale cones. After enjoying the ice cream part the cone leaves me saying I’m not coming back. I come back with the hopes I’d get a fresh one. They must find a way to keep the cones fresh.

I have slowly seen this Carvel and many like it deteriorate in quality over the past few years, but this was the final straw. First the cup sizes were reduced. Then the toppings were chopped into bits to give you less (while making it seem like it was the same amount). Now they don’t even fill the cup properly. These are the sundaes my wife and I received. Absolutely terrible. We will go to Pam’s down the road and support a local business.
