The owners go above and beyond to provide an efficient and friendly experience. I have called in and picked up special orders and its always a breeze. The counter service is always quick and the servers are so friendly - I look forward to going in and saying hello and catching-up. The store is always clean and neat and I love that they cater to those with gluten allergies. Great place for a fun treat!

i normally don't leave reviews but they were so so sweet, fantastic customer service and the man who decorated the cake was very efficient and did a beautiful job. unfortunately i wasn't carrying cash on me to leave a tip, they don't take tips on card just a heads up!! so i went back to my car and grabbed whatever i had & went back in. like seriously lovely people thanks guys didn't catch ur names

If there was an option for ten stars, I'd rate this place ten stars across the board! EVERY time I go to this location in Bay Shore, I'm so impressed on how spotless the whole place is. The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!

The service here is excellent. I live closer to the east Islip carvel but specifically come to this location because the owner is such a pleasure to deal with and I want to give them my business. Hard to find a family run business today that takes pride in their work. This is one of those places.

Everytime I come here, the staff is always so nice, helpful and accomodating. The store is always very well kep, clean and inviting. 🙏 Highly recommend this location for an all around great experience. 😁
