Carter's Fried Chicken

Stopped by Carter’s The Chicken Place in Adel, GA and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Catfish Filet Sandwich and it was so good—crispy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. Definitely a great value for the price! We also tried the Leg & Thigh special which came with fries, a roll, and a drink for just $6.47. The chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned well. My partner especially loved the sweet tea—said it was some of the best he’s had in a while! The only miss for me was the mac & cheese—it looked great, but the taste was a bit bland and I’d pass on that next time. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were honestly amazing. With a menu full of Southern comfort food classics and friendly staff, I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again! H

Our food was delicious! Our lunch was prepared quickly and was hot when it served to us. Our fries were actually fully cooked and hot, not cold, limp, and only partially cooked like is so often served at some other fast food places (👀Zaxby’s). Our order called for four chicken tenders per plate, but there were more than that on each. The sweet tea was also very tasty.

This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed! We ordered at the counter, and everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly attentive and prompt, ensuring we had a smooth experience. Not a single issue or missed item. The food was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return again and again.

Cashier had great customer service. She went above and beyond for us. But, the lady cook was rude as to tell the cashiers that we can't ask for fresh chicken and they need just give the chicken that's already ready. She also had issue with the fries.

While in 80 I have been going to this restaurant with my fiance and their chicken livers and gizzards are phenomenal also I've tried their steak sandwich and it was great and everything there is just delicious the people are nice and wonderful and super Curtis and it's a very big family business vibe. Anytime I'm in Adele I will be stopping here
