First time ordering here. I had a small family gathering, and I was looking for good brisket. Lots of places I researched were overpriced, and they had bad reviews. Google again brought me here, and I gave Shaun a chance. He was really nice and attentive since we first met to place my order. I ordered 10 lbs of brisket. My order was on time. I can tell you since we got the brisket, you can smell that smoked flavor. Once you try it, tenderness is there. Flavor is there. My husband got some chicken and jalapeño sausage as well. They were both good. He included bbq sauce with our brisket, but it wasn't really necessary. Everybody loved it. I think he opens around noon and closes when sold out. This was the type of Bar B Que that I'm used to and this was my first time ever hearing and trying it and it was overwhelmingly good!!! The ribs were juicy and moist and I loved the portion of the moist beef brisket that he served me! Also instead of two sides, he served it with three tasty sides, potatoes salad, beans with hammock (I think) and collard greens! The ONLY problem I had is that, he didn't except tap pay or Zelle, but he do have Cash App and I forgot the other way you could pay and I had neither so I had to take a trip to the bank which was no problem especially smoke smell coming from the pit LOL, and also, when I got home, there was no bar b que sauce on the side and I had to use the little I had in my fridge, but overall, this was a delight and I'm definitely going back the

Everything I had was delicious, perfect smoked brisket, tender, full of flavor, same goes for the ribs and links, the beans and potato salad were great easily the best bbq in the Cypress / Jersey Village area

I'm from Atlanta and was looking for some great flavors of bbq and Shaun definitely delivered...the most moist and tender brisket I've ever had and the chicken was amazing.If u haven't gave him a try don't walk run he sales out quick
