This is one of the best cafe/markets I have seen inside a Hilton. The staff is very friendly and they had an amazing breakfast wrap in a really good tortilla. They have Starbucks and lots of fresh made on the go food options. I highly recommend.
Watch out for food you are eating here unless you want to get poisoned by molded food.
Best service, and not talking about the restaurant. I’m talking about the ladies behind the coffee shop, who are working 24/7 and always give good customer service. I hope they get a raise. I’ll try to get their names next time but they deserve a lot of praise.
We went here on Saturday night where a dancing group were having their awards ceremony and the service was still top notch. Kasey was our server and she was very attentive. The food (the board, short rib, flat bread, chocolate cake) and the wine were great. My wife and I will be back.
Six of us celebrated three birthdays at Carson on Oct. 17. The service and food were the best amongst the fine dinning in the DFW area. We will recommend it highly and you will not be disappointed. We will be back for any occasion.
