Carroll County Public Library - Westminster Branch

Lovely library! Staff was excellent with my autistic son. He kept asking her where a certain book was at and she kept helping him. She seemed so happy to help out. I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as nice.

The librarians at the Taneytown branch are amazing! They really know the computers and are super helpful!

Thank you for providing a safe public space for people to come together. There aren't many places in the area that are truly public spaces that open their doors to the homeless for a warm place to stay, provide activities for children to get excited about reading, and a meeting space for study groups - I so appreciate that this place exists. thank you for helping my child grow up with a love of reading.

Just moved to Westminster. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities on the Lower Level (CNC machine, 3D printers, Hi-End kitchen) for education programs are amazing!

Went there to get some forms notarized and it was free !!!
