Carrabba's Italian Grill

Hearing the servers argue about their mix-ups was no fun. My dad actually pointed it out. There were lots of large tables. Our server did seem to have it under control and was doing his best. It took quite a while to get our drinks, the blackberry sangria was worth the wait. The appetizers, stuffed mushrooms and shrimp scampi, plus the wings were delish. Great place for large groups.

Had such a lovely experience here! The food was genuinely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But the real highlight was our waitress, Riley. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. Her warm smile and kind energy truly elevated the whole meal. Can’t wait to come back!

I came to Carrabba’s on Valentine’s Day, and it was busier than I’ve ever seen before. The parking lot was completely full and I expected a long wait. But to my surprise, we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was great as always (Chicken Bryan for the win) and everything came out fresh and delicious. What really made the experience stick out was the service. Our server, Kayla, was impeccable- she was fast, attentive and genuinely kind. She was especially kind and patient with my 8 year old, which meant a lot. Despite how busy the restaurant was, everything ran smoothly and the food came out timely. The staff handled the Valentine’s Day rush really well. I’ll be back, as I always am!

Fantastic food, loved everything from start to finish. The chicken parm is super tasty and the Alfredo is really good, my pasta needed a little extra but with the added sauce it was creamy and delicious.

The service was equally outstanding: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Keith “The Bearded Guy” Rocks, he was absolutely fantastic. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Despite being a chain restaurant, this location has a warm, hometown feel that made the experience even more enjoyable. It felt like dining at a beloved local spot rather than a national brand. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious meal with a personal touch. We’ll definitely be back!
